We understand if you must cancel and reschedule appointments, and sometimes unavoidable events occur.  We would also like you to understand that we are a small business with limited appointment times! So if you need to cancel, please give us some notice so someone else can be offered your time.  

Cancellation policy

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments. We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment, if not the full booking fee will apply.

By confirming your bookings, you agree to our cancellation policy. 

Other Policies

If you are more than 10 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our best to reschedule your service for another time.  

In a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of your cancellation fee may be applied to future services. If you are a no-show, you will forfeit the cost of your appointment.

We aim to give clients as much notice as possible when there are changes to our fees or our fee structure; however, due to the nature of business, our costs may rise unexpectedly.
